Our support staff has been flooded with well over ten thousand (!!!) support tickets. We knew to expect a lot, but not that many. Unfortunately, many of these were duplicates, and we understand it’s frustrating to not be heard, particularly for those experiencing a discrepancy between their pre-fork balance, and their post-fork balance following the airdrop.
Due to the way rewards (reflection) is calculated, there were a number of minor discrepancies in that transition. Some were in favor of the recipient, meaning they received more than their previous balance. And some of these discrepancies resulted in missing tokens, so we’re resolving all of this today with a big move.
We’ve just airdropped 26 TRILLION coins - 3% of each holder’s original eMax balance at the time of the fork. We’ve sent them to the same address of your original eMax balance. This should resolve more than 90% of outstanding support tickets, with a bonus.
